Auto parts are auto stamping parts, as its name implies, is the metal stamping parts that constitute auto parts. In automobile stamping parts, some parts become auto parts directly after stamping, and the other parts need to be processed by welding, mechanical processing, or painting and other processes before they become auto parts. Used in cold stamping steel plate and steel belt is the main steel, accounting for 72.6% of the whole vehicle steel consumption, cold stamping material close relation with auto stamping parts production, the stand or fall of material not only decides the performance of the product, more directly affect the process design of automobile stamping process, affect the product quality, cost, service life and production organization, thus a reasonable choice material is an important and complex work.
