Matters needing attention in the production of stamping parts

Stamping is a forming and processing method that relies on press and die to exert external force on plate, strip, pipe and profile to produce plastic deformation or separation, so as to obtain the required shape and size of the workpiece (stamping). In the production process, how to avoid stamping parts damage, the following three summary:
1. Reform stamping equipment to improve production reliability. At present, many old stamping equipment control system, electrical control system has many factors, if continue to use corresponding to its technical transformation. Stamping equipment manufacturers shall improve product design to ensure the reliability of stamping equipment.
2. Install protective devices. Due to small production batches, protective devices are installed to prevent injury accidents caused by operational errors in stamping parts that are neither automated nor capable of using stamping tools. All kinds of protective devices have their own different characteristics and use scope, improper use can still occur injury accidents. Therefore, make clear the function of various protective devices, so as to ensure the correct use and operation.
3. Reform the process, mold and operation mode to achieve manual operation. For mass production, we can start from reforming the process and mould to realize mechanization and automation. For example, the use of automation, multi-station stamping machinery equipment, the use of multi-work cutting tools and mechanized production equipment, the use of continuous die, composite die and other procedures combined measures. All these can not only guarantee the stamping operation, but also greatly improve the production efficiency.
Stamping parts processing process:
1. Determine the amount of deformation compensation according to the material and product structure;
2. Stamping out finished products or semi-finished products by designing molds according to the compensation amount;
3. Processed semi-finished products to finished products;
4. Bad phenomena include crack, wrinkle, strain, uneven thickness and non-forming, etc.
