Drawing parts processing is the production technology of making the sheet material directly subject to the deformation force in the mold with the help of the power of conventional or special stamping equipment, so as to obtain the shape, size and performance of the product parts. Sheet metal, die and equipment are the three elements of stamping. Stamping is a method of metal cold deformation. Therefore, it is called cold stamping or sheet metal stamping. Compared with castings and forgings, metal stamping pieces are thin, even, light and strong. Cracking is a common problem in the process of stretching. Note, however, that lubricants should only be applied to the working surface of the die and should never be lubricated on the surface where the die and the material come in contact, as there is a favorable friction between the die and the rough surface, which prevents the material from sliding, cracking, and thinning.
